Content: This project aims at improving the conditions of juvenile inmates at Marg Prison in Cairo and preparing them for reintegration. Vocational training curricula are developed, existing apprentice workshops are refurbished, and new ones are established in order to enable the young people to gain recognised professional qualifications. The training itself is conducted by external teaching staff. In this project, UNODC is working closely with the Egyptian Ministry of Social Affairs.
