A New Approach to Drama for Deprived Children, Youth and Young Adults

“A New Approach to Drama for Deprived Children, Youth and Young Adults” is a multi-generational project that provides children and youth but also parents, teachers, trainers and experts with the opportunity to be the protagonists in their own development and to decide on the future change they want to achieve in their community. The project aims to educate the participants and to apply drama, theatre and other arts to help bring about responsible citizens who can think creatively and exercise freedom of expression. The project also supports the autonomous operation of Theatre Day Production – Gaza through the development of its institutional as well as organisational capacity and by exploring the full spectrum of income sources, predominantly via networking with the private sector.
