The partner has set up a Fellowship Programme as part of the «Brückensteine Careleaver» Initiative. It is designed to support up to 40 dedicated and talented care leavers in unlocking their potential and actively becoming their own ambassadors. Only a selected group of fellows will receive targeted support each year. These participants will benefit from training, individual guidance and financial support to carry out joint projects. The group’s targeted networking with each other and decision-makers strengthens their ability to represent their own interests and independently organise their time and efforts.
