Harm reduction for people who inject drugs

A centre for skills and training is established to promote harm reduction activities among drug users. The centre’s educational courses qualitatively improve the harm reduction activities carried out by public and private bodies. Seminars for police, pharmacists and journalists help to increase social and political acceptance of this issue.
