In the name of cleanliness

This project is designed to help protect Morocco’s environment and natural resources through education, raising awareness and encouraging people to dedicate themselves to the issue of waste. The partner organisation is using this nationwide project to carry out an extensive outreach programme and an environmental education programme aimed at more than 100,000 school children, 1,000 teachers, 1,000 individuals from local government and associations and 20,000 families. The project is being implemented by the partner organisation and its 22 local branches in over 90 districts.
Another objective of the project focuses on institutional development and professionalisation of the partner organisation to ensure it will make a more sustainable impact in the field of environmental education in the future.
