The partner is expanding its offer for supporting and mentoring upcoming talent in East Germany. Its peer-to-peer counselling service increases the chances of more than 250 young people in finding and securing appropriate positions in business, politics and society.
The partner is standardising its consulting services. It is developing and equipping its fledgling organisational structure in order to be able to sustainably establish and expand its offer. In addition to this, the partner is looking at the possibility of scaling the mentoring approach for young entrepreneurs who come from the start-up labs of other partners in the funding programme.
