Moustakbali – Training in employability and setting up social enterprises

The Moustakbali project is a programme that provides training in employability and assistance in setting up social enterprises. It aims to train and help find employment for 600 young people from economically disadvantaged backgrounds in 10 cities in Tunisia, as well as assist another 150 in setting up social enterprises.
The project includes training in personal development, as well as technical training aimed at the industrial, commercial and service sectors, and in particular at the electronics industry and the information and communications technology industry.
This project will allow young, unemployed men and women to acquire the personal, business and technical skills they need to enter the labour market. By working on the specific technical skills required in Tunisia’s growth industries, as well as on young people’s personal and relationship skills, the project aims to facilitate their sustainable participation in the labour market.
