«Passerelles – Dispositif d’accompagnement à la transition professionnelle»

Programmes that support integration into the labour market often work towards employment at a company or self-employment. Hub Neuchâtel is taking a new approach to this with its «Passerelles» project. It is developing a programme for the professional reorientation of young people with an increased need for support, without prescribing a particular direction. With three complementary modules, the partner is opening up space for people with restricted access to the labour market to discover their potential and find their way back to the world of work.

In the «Reconversion» module, the young people explore which vocational field interests them and what contributes to their professional contentment. The «Activation» module is an incubation programme that provides support on the path to self-employment. Finally, the «Transition» module aims to enhance personal skills and social competencies, allowing the young people to be successful and satisfied in the labour market. Participants can take all or individual modules. This flexible and modular approach facilitates tailored support for the individual needs of participants.
