This project’s focus is to create 50 permaculture micro farms on less than 5 hectares of land, in order to generate economic opportunities for unemployed young people living in rural areas.
By following innovative business models in the farming trade, these 50 farms throughout several regions in Tunisia will create new jobs to help curb the rural exodus of young people.
The micro farms will use permaculture and agroecology farming techniques.
