Promotion of an inclusive labour market

The aim of the project is to enable people with disabilities to increase their participation in the labour market. It is intended to serve as a nationwide model and to stimulate discussion as well as other initiatives to promote an inclusive labour market in Jordan. In addition to direct care for people with disabilities and their relatives, the focus will also be on lobbying at the national level and involvement of the private sector. A total of 150 participants will improve their employability and become successfully integrated into the labour market. The technical and organisational skills of 12 local organisations and institutions will be strengthened, enabling them to promote an inclusive labour market and to offer corresponding services. 20 companies from the private sector will actively lobby for an inclusive labour market and act as role models.
