Silwan Tobdi3 (Silwan Excels)

The community of Silwman suffers from limited employment opportunities, a severely depleted educational system and a lack of physical and economic infrastructure. Moreover, young people and children lack a safe environment where they can develop and pursue opportunities to lead stable and rewarding lives. “Silwan Excels” aims to address the needs of the entire community of Silwan by providing a safe and enabling environment where children and young people can engage in artistic and cultural activities. In turn, these contribute to their well-being and self-development, improve their relationship and interaction with their environment, and open up opportunities for talented children to continue theirs training towards a future career in cultural production.
