The project is one of three selected by the Drosos Foundation as part of the ‘Tender for Labour Market Integration’. It adopts an innovative approach that covers a niche in low-threshold vocational training.
The talent school opens up a career perspective as a specialist in a narrowly defined field for individuals who have low vocational training opportunities. The one-year talent school offers an individualised and broad talent development programme with a view to possible connection solutions as well as supervised practical experience and a graduation with certificate and individual evaluation. Also envisaged are coaching units for transfer to the mainstream labour market.
