The Cultural Centre Les Etoiles de Fès

By establishing a cultural centre in the old medina of Fes, 1,000 young people are gaining access to a programme that combines personal development with quality cultural and artistic activities. Involving a variety of stakeholders, such as associations, social welfare centres and local authorities, creates a cultural process that is local and promotes inclusion. The project is setting up a network for exchanging good practices and serves as a model of a cultural approach that has been adapted to the Moroccan context.
