The project is one of three selected by Drosos Foundation as part of the ‘Tender for Labour Market Integration’. This project adopts an innovative approach to the occupational integration of young people and young adults with restricted access to the labour market, whilst simultaneously working to promote mobility and reduce poverty in Africa.
Velafrica aims to achieve optimally needs- and target-oriented access to the labour market for young adults and persons with a migration background. To this end, an export workshop in northwest Switzerland will provide new and meaningful supported integration workplaces in the areas of job applications, coaching and training.
