Vocational training and job placement

380 socially marginalised, unemployed young people from rural areas undertake specialised vocational training courses to prepare them for entering the workforce. The partner organisation helps them to find employment or establish their own microbusiness. The project focuses in particular on further developing cooperation with employers in three industries: hospitality and tourism, garment manufacturing and the automotive industry.
