Youth for Community Action

Could community youth-led initiatives help give shape to future careers? This is the question that local partner Ensan Aid Foundation is attempting to answer, with evidence provided in the form of this pilot project. Mobilising youth to become active citizens and to participate effectively in the improvement of their communities can lead to a greater understanding of the socio-economic situation that, in turn, has the potential to form the future career paths of the participating youth. Ensan Aid is active in the Qena governorate and works with a diverse range of youth groups, including women and people with disabilities, with the aim of helping them start their own social initiatives.
